Chicken curry is a traditional Indian dish enjoyed in kitchens across the world. Start your own cooking journey with chicken & potato curry using SugarRoti’s traditional blend of Indian spices! Ingredients you’ll need to cook this chicken curry meal with SugarRoti’s Nu Indian seasoning blend:

1 package SugarRoti Chicken Nu Spice blend
3 tbsp of olive oil or ghee (clarified butter)
1 medium finely chopped yellow onion
1 medium finely chopped tomato
1 lb of chicken cut into cubes
2 medium potatoes cut into ½ cubes
1 cup of water or broth

Cooking instructions for chicken curry:

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Chicken Nu Spice blend and sauté to bloom for 1-2 minutes
Add onions & serrano then sauté for 4-5 minutes
Add tomatoes then sauté for 1-2 minutes
Add chicken, potatoes, water or broth and simmer until the meat and potatoes are tender
Remove large spices. Stir in sour cream or yogurt and garnish with cilantro before you enjoy with rice, roti or your favorite grains
