  • What Does “Nu” Mean?

    “Nu,” in Gujarati (Gujarat, India) means “of” or “for.” SugarRoti takes Nu to a new place. Nu is a bridge to create delicious meals, quickly. Nu is a daily gift you give to yourself, to your friends and family when you cook with SugarRoti. Nu is creating your own modern traditions.

  • How long will my SugarRoti spice blends last?

    For optimal flavor and freshness, use our blends within 12 months.

  • How should I store my SugarRoti spice packets?

    To keep your spices as fresh as possible, store them away from heat and moisture.

  • Do I use the full packet of spices in a meal?

    Each of our packets has been carefully pre-measured to deliver the perfect meal for 4. We recommend using the full packet, but if you’re cooking for fewer people store or freeze the leftovers.

  • Are your spice blends all organic?

    We use organic spices in all our blends whenever they’re available. We work with suppliers who are committed to sourcing organic options.

  • Do your spices contain allergens?

    None of our blends contain allergens. However, the blends are manufactured in a facility that processes milk, egg, wheat, soy, and sesame seeds.

  • Do your spice blends contain artificial flavors?

    No – our spice blends contain no artificial ingredients. All of our blends are made from fresh and wholesome ingredients.

  • Are your spice blends all vegan?

    Yes - all our spice blends are vegan. You can make any recipe vegan or vegetarian using our spice blends.

  • Where do your ingredients come from?

    Our suppliers source the best ingredients from around the world so we can offer you only the freshest and most flavorful spices in all our blends.

  • Is your packaging recyclable or compostable?

    We’re committed to sustainability and use only packaging and paper that is compostable or made of recycled/recyclable materials.

  • How long does it take to prepare the recipes included on your spice packets?

    It typically takes about an hour to prepare our recipes, using an average of five fresh ingredients and average of four simple steps.

  • How can I find the recipes?

    You can find our recipes on the back of each spice packet, via the QR code on the back of each packet or by visiting the recipe page on our website. You can search by ingredients, recipe name, meal type and more.

  • Do I have to use only the ingredients listed on the recipes?

    Not at all! The only limit to using our spice blends and recipes is your imagination. And if you’ve made changes to one of our recipes, updated an old favorite, or created a brand new recipe using our blends, we’d love to hear about it. You can share your creations in our Community.

  • What is your Return Policy?

    You can find all the info on our returns page.

  • How can I get help if I have a question or a concern?

    We’re here and happy to help. Please email us on help@sugarroti.com and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.


  • Can I skip a month of my subscription?

    Yes. If you need to skip your next subscription order simply log into your  Account and update to skip the next month.

  • Can I send a subscription as a gift?

  • What if I want to cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel the auto-renewal of your monthly subscription by logging into your Account and canceling your subscription. If you cancel, you will not be billed again during your next monthly billing cycle.

  • How will I be billed for my subscription?

    Subscriptions will be automatically renewed every month and your payment method will automatically be charged unless your subscription is cancelled or you opt-out of auto-renewal.
