Ingredients:

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.  Add SugarRoti Garbanzo Nu Spice package and sauté until spices are sizzling and fragrant (1-2 min).
  2. Add garbanzo. Sauté, scraping bottom of pan. Remove chili pepper, curry leaves and bay leaves (3-5 min).
  3. Transfer the sautéd garbanzo into a baking sheet.  Spread the garbanzo into a single layer and bake until golden brown (30 min).
