ingredients
- 1 SugarRoti Vegetable Nu Spice Package
- 4 tablespoons olive oil or ghee (clarified butter)
- 1 28 oz tomato puree
- 2 cups shredded cheese (or vegan alternative)
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onions, sliced
- 1 pizza dough
- ¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
preparation
Preheat Oven to 425°F- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add SugarRoti Vegetable Nu Spice package and sauté until spices are sizzling and fragrant (1-2 min).
- Add tomato puree and mix. Remove chili pepper and set aside (3-5 min).
- Stretch and shape pizza dough over a baking sheet. Brush with remaining oil. Spread tomato puree sauce, olives, bell peppers, onion and cheese evenly. Bake the pizza until the crust is golden brown (30-40 min).
- Garnish with basil before serving.
*Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen
