1 SugarRoti Vegetable Nu Spice Package
4 tablespoons olive oil or ghee (clarified butter)
1 28 oz tomato puree
2 cups shredded cheese (or vegan alternative)
1/4 cup olives, sliced
1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
1/4 cup red onions, sliced
1 pizza dough
¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
Preheat Oven to 425°F
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add SugarRoti Vegetable Nu Spice package and sauté until spices are sizzling and fragrant (1-2 min).
Add tomato puree and mix. Remove chili pepper and set aside (3-5 min).
Stretch and shape pizza dough over a baking sheet. Brush with remaining oil. Spread tomato puree sauce, olives, bell peppers, onion and cheese evenly. Bake the pizza until the crust is golden brown (30-40 min).
Garnish with basil before serving.
