Gold Milk Nu Spice

Wondering what to do with fresh peaches this season? This is a simple yet delicious "use what you have" show stopping sweet dessert that you can whip up any time for any occasion.  Made with SugarRoti Gold Milk Nu Spice blend and less sugar, but don't worry, you will won't miss the sweetness.

Spice Level


  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • SugarRoti Gold Milk Nu Spice Package
  • 5 peaches, sliced (approx 4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk


Preheat Oven to 350°F

  1. Put the butter into a 9x13inch baking dish and place in over while it preheats (1 min). 
  2. Add SugarRoti Gold Milk Nu Spice, sliced peaches and sugar to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and set a side (8 min).
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, vanilla extract, baking powder and salt. Slowing stir in milk and combined. Pour the mixture into the 9x13 baking dish with melted butter. Spoon the cooked peaches and bake (35 min). 
  4. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, if desired.

*Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen
