We’ve mixed it up using our SugarRoti Gold Milk Nu Spice blend to create this simple, healthy and incredibly delicious Gold Milk Pudding dessert.
You can replace milk with your favorite non-dairy alternative to make this a delicious, healthy vegan option.
- 1 SugarRoti Gold Milk Nu Spice Package
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 4 cups milk
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Sea salt, to taste
- In a medium pot over medium-low heat, whisk together SugarRoti Gold Milk Nu Spice package, sugar, cornstarch, milk and egg yolks and continue to whisk until boiling (8-10 min).
- Remove from heat, whisk in butter and transfer the pudding to a large bowl or or individual serving bowls.
- Refrigerate for about an hour to chill – serve with a sprinkle of sea salt.
*Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen
