- 1 SugarRoti Chai Nu Spice Package
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk or non-dairy alternative (we love oat, almond or pea milk)
- sugar or honey, to taste
- In a medium pot over medium heat, bring water and SugarRoti Chai Nu Spice package to a boil (5-10 min).
- Add milk and simmer (1-3 min).
Remove from heat, pour through a fine mesh strainer and stir in your favorite sweetener to taste.
*Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3 days or frozen
