Banana Bread Recipe
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 SugarRoti Gold Milk Nu Spice Package
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
Nuts (we love almonds)
Preheat Oven to 325°F
Butter and flour a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan (1 min).
Place butter and sugar in a bowl and mix until light and fluffy. Add SugarRoti Gold Milk Nu Spice and mix. Add eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Add mashed bananas and mix until all combined (10 min).
In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Slowing mix the dry ingredients to the batter, mixing until combined. Fold in nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared pan (10 min).
Bake until the top is lightly browned. Allow to cool and serve (70 min).
