This Italian twist pasta dish is an economical and easy weeknight staple that's big on flavor, yet light on ingredients. All you need is one packet of Lamb Nu spice, broccoli, 1/2 lb. of lamb, pasta, and parmesan cheese. Make it vegan and substitute lamb with tofu or a plant-based alternative. The whole family is sure to love this delicious dish!

Ingredients
1 SugarRoti Lamb Nu Spice Package
3 tablespoons olive oil or ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 lb ground lamb
4 cups of chopped broccoli
2 cups of cooked pasta (we recommend fusilli or bow tie)
1/2 cup water (we recommend water used to cook your pasta)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium serrano chili, finely chopped (remove seeds for a milder spice)
¼ cup fresh mint, chopped

Directions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add SugarRoti Lamb Nu Spice package and sauté until spices are sizzling and fragrant (1-2 min).
Add ground lamb, serrano and sauté until brown (10 min).
Mix in broccoli and then cooked pasta (5-10 min).
Top with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with chopped mint before serving.
